Meanwhile, her longtime crush and fellow loner Gideon starts earning the attention of beautiful but basic Ashley. Scarlett’s entire world has imploded. All she’s got left to live for is a genuine but admittedly unconventional friendship with her geriatric lesbian neighbour, Ruth.
